I just realized… John Locke’s fsather is the con man who is responsible for Sawyer’s parents deaths.
Everyone in the show is interconnected. They constantly have little things, like Shannon’s dad was the guy who died when Jack saved the girl in the hospital…
When we first saw John Locke’s dad, we just knew him as a rich guy in a big house.
So, I’m 15 minutes into episode 17 of season two, and Locke’s dad is on the run from two guys who want to kill him over a $700k con. Back when Locke used to stake out his dad’s place, the guy got into the car and talked to him and said “you think you were the first guy to ever get conned?’. At the time I just thought he was being a dick, now I realize he is a professional con man. He’s a con man who doesn’t care at all about people. Just the kind of guy to have been thge one to rip off sawyer’s parents.
I bet a sushi dinner that Locke’s dad turns out to be the real Sawyer.
