Tantus Adult Toys

These are some labels I worked up for my friend Metis, and her very interesting business. You may see these in the real world if you visit Good Vibrations or similar 'high end' adult specialty stores.

Update: Tantus Adult Toys now has a website! Please bear with them as it doesn't have much more than Photoshop generated slide shows at the moment. Interesting things are in the works.

 The Exploding Dictionary

This site was the result of me being bored one morning, waiting for the coffee to perk, trying to find something to amuse myself and wishing that I got more traffic to my website. I'd just finished Mastering Regular Expressions and had the flash that what I needed was a site that would turn up at least one hit per search on the major search engines. That's when the brain itch started, and the only way to scratch it was to get the code out of my head and into a machine.

I got my traffic, and a lot of fan mail as well. It has been really amazing. Really...

I'll tell you a secret... The original engine for this site was written in in under an hour. That is the power of Mastering Regular Expressions. I've put in an hour here and there to make little tweaks, but not even an honest days worth. How many cool sites can say that?

Update: I sold the site in January of 2003. Had I only sold it during the crazy days I might have been able to buy a boat and 'retire' to the Keys doing dive charters for tourists....
