		<description>UPDATE:  For anyone who found this thread because they are having trouble with Diablo II on OS X 10.5.x, there is good news for you!

 I am pleased to report that OS X 10.5.5, released on 9/15/2008, has solved this problem.  Apple has returned the 256 color mode to the nVidia driver.  It is not user selectable, but it is selectable via graphics API calls; which is more than sufficient for Diablo II to launch on my system now.

		<description>That only makes it more of an Epic Fail, since there was a drop down box in the support contact form where I selected my OS...  You&#039;d think that whoever programmed that form would be smart enough to chose the form letter sent based on the OS as well as the game.
